Walk, run, cycle, or swim your way to a healthier heart! Participate virtually by logging your activities, or join us for Race Day! Registration closes at midnight on September 13. 

Race Day

The in-person 5K will be held September 19 from 9–11 a.m. at Whispering Pines Park (1700 Forest Drive Inverness, FL 34453). Participants should meet at the pavilion in the park at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the race. 

Please note: Due to course alterations at Whispering Pines Park, the 5K route will be slightly different this year. A map will be provided for race attendees.

Virtual Race

Virtual participants can engage at their own pace and upload their distance, times, and activities on the event website beginning September 13 through September 19. Virtual participants engage at their own pace, time, and location, either separately or within teams.

Swag Bag Pick Up

The first 200 individuals who register for the in-person or virtual 5K can pick up a swag bag and t-shirt at the following location:

Pickup times are scheduled as follows:

• Monday, September 14, 2–4 p.m.
• Tuesday, September 15, 9–11 a.m.
• Thursday, September 17, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
