Eligibility for Free Mammogram Screenings

Must meet the criteria below:

•Women ages 40-64

•Have a household income that is less than or equals to 200% of the federal poverty level

•Have no health insurance to cover the cost of clinical breast exams, mammogram, or Pap smear
