Community Health and Wellness Programs 

Community Health is a concept made up of many factors, which all point to one goal: the health of the community as a whole. The Florida Department of Health in Citrus County is working to improve the health status of their Community. We offer educational workshops and health information at community centers, and other locations throughout the county. Our Registered Dietitians, Health Educators and other health personnel offer a variety of programs and services to help people make informed decisions about managing their health.
