The Epilepsy Medication Assistance Program is a safety net program that provides epilepsy medication to individuals when they need assistance paying for it.
Eligibility
To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a self-declared resident of Florida
- Uninsured, lacking insurance that covers epilepsy medication, or an insurance deductible or co-pay that the applicant is not able to afford
- Net family income at or below 100% of the federal poverty guidelines
- No more than $2,500 in private funds, bank accounts, or assets, other than a homestead
- Not a current Medicaid recipient
