The Florida Department of Health in Citrus County offers car seat checks. Receive one-on-one education from a certified child passenger safety technician and learn how to provide the safest ride possible for your child, at any age!
No-cost car seat checks are held twice a month:
- Second Wednesday of every month, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Fourth Thursday of every month, 5:30 – 7 p.m.
Free car seats are available to those who qualify and are in need, while supplies last.
